Q: What kind of software is required to view the sessions and interact with the experts?
A: Neurology Week will be web-based, so all you will need is a computer and an internet connection. Microsoft Internet Explorer is not supported.
Q: I missed a presentation live. Can I view a recording?
A: Yes, all live CME sessions presented during Neurology Week will be recorded and available to view on the website shortly after they occur. Visit the Past Sessions section of the virtual platform once you are logged in. The recorded sessions will remain accessible for 6 months following the conference. Product Theater presentations may not be available on demand.
Q: How do I claim credit for participating in the Neurology Week Conference?
A: Claim your credits within the virtual platform! Select Accreditation from the main menu and then click the Claim Credits button. You must create an account in order to log in to the accreditation site. Once logged in, follow the steps below:
- Complete evaluations for the sessions you attended either during the live broadcast or on demand. Please select the appropriate evaluation based on whether you participated live or on demand
- Complete the Conference General Survey to unlock your certificate
- If you have participated in both live and on-demand sessions, you will need to select both the live and on-demand certificates for your credit type
- Download/Print your certificate of credit. If you require multiple certificates, repeat step 3. Keep your certificate of credit for your records. You will not receive a certificate by mail.
NOTE: You may claim credit for the live broadcast until September 16, 2021.
Q: Is there an app for the conference?
A: There is no app for the Conference. All the information you need is available on the virtual conference platform.
Q: How can I connect with other attendees during the conference?
A: Access the Networking feature on the homepage or from the My Profile page on the main menu. From there, you can search for other attendees by name, title, company, or state.
Q: How do I schedule or conduct a meeting using the Networking tool?
A: Once you’ve found the attendee you wish to meet with, you can send them a meeting invite with a personal note, describing why you wish to meet. Once the other person accepts, or if you accept an invite from someone else, it will be added to your personal agenda.
Q: I’m not comfortable doing video meetings. Is there another way to connect?
A: The default setting for the networking feature is video. If you don’t wish to be on video, you can simply turn your camera off.
Q: How can I connect with exhibitors through the virtual platform?
A: Explore the exhibit hall to connect directly with industry leaders or access their websites. You can also request more information from exhibitors, and they will follow-up with you after the virtual conference.
Q: How do I contact exhibitors?
A: In the exhibit hall, click on the company you are interested in contacting. Booths may include a form, text chat, or video chat you can use to request more information about their product or service.

Q: How long will the virtual platform be available?
A: The virtual platform will remain accessible for 6 months following the conference.
Q: Are the slides available?
A: The slides are available for download before each talk. To access, click on the "Session Information" button from the On-Demand Sessions page and click "Download Slides".
Q. What time zone is the Conference in?
A. The Neurology Week conference is presented in the Eastern Standard Time Zone (EST).
However, there is an option to select which timezone you'd like the meeting to display in. When you first log in a pop-up will appear which will allow you to select the timezone you'd like your profile in. If you do not see the pop-up, navigate to the "My Profile" page and on the bottom right of the screen, you can update your timezone. Once you select your preferred timezone, the platform will automatically adjust.
Q: Someone is watching the conference with me. Will they be able to receive credit?
A: No. Only attendees registered and paid for the conference can receive credit.
